What is the minimum investment required to use Robuxio?

Accepted Answer

The minimum investment required to access our portfolios through BIT is $50,000. The minimum investment to access our portfolios by directly connecting your exchange account to our trading engine via trade-only API is $100,000.

When can I expect results and are they guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

Performance depends on your selected portfolio and market conditions. Our strategies are built to thrive in volatility and historically perform well in those environments. However, no results are guaranteed. Our job is to reduce risk, not eliminate it. We suggest you allow at least one full quarter before you evaluate our portfolios as the majority of rolling quarters end profitably.

All of our portfolios are designed to be all-weather solutions and are built to operate across all market conditions — bullish, bearish, or sideways — using a mix of long, short, and mean reversion strategies. The goal is to adapt, not predict, so the system continues to trade systematically, even when markets drop.

The market is up, but my portfolio is down. Shouldn't it be performing well right now?

Our portfolios don't follow Bitcoin directly — that's a feature, not a flaw. They consist of 20+ uncorrelated strategies designed to capture specific edges in the market. In fact, they often stay on the sidelines when the market doesn't meet specific entry criteria. Historically, after periods where the high-vol portfolio appears to 'miss the rally', it typically catches up and even outperforms Bitcoin with 2x the return over 60–90 days.

How long does the onboarding process take?

Your onboarding process depends on the plan you choose. On the Subscription Plan, you can purchase your annual subscription today and start trading immediately by connecting your crypto futures account to our API. For the Performance Plan, we invite you to book a call where we can cover any questions you might still have. From there you will then be sent a contract and onboarding occurs the same day as the contract is signed.

What are the onboarding steps after payment?

After payment you will receive an email with onboarding instructions immediately on the Subscription Plan. On the Performance Plan you will have to first review and sign a contract. The Onboarding email will include details on how to set up your Robuxio account on our dashboard as well as how to connect your futures account to our API. After you have done this you only need to choose your portfolio and everything else will be taken care of.

Do I need to deposit my funds with you?

Accepted Answer

No. Your funds stay entirely in your own crypto exchange account. Robuxio only receives API trading access, meaning we can place trades on your behalf, but we can never withdraw or transfer your funds. You stay in full control at all times.

Which exchanges are supported?

Accepted Answer

We currently support Binance and Bybit for direct API connections. For Prime Brokerage access, we work through BIT.

How secure is my data and my API key?

Accepted Answer

We implement industry-standard security practices including encryption and secure key storage. Your API keys are stored with trade-only permissions — we can never withdraw or transfer your funds.

Yes, you can add funds to your exchange account at any time. The system will automatically detect and utilize the additional capital according to your selected portfolio's allocation strategy.
